A trusted Orange Quarter client is looking to hire an Engineering Manager for their office in Amsterdam! Their product is a SaaS solution for charging operators. The company is growing organically and to be able to manage all the engineering teams, they are now in need of a third manager. You will be working closely with them to maintain and increase productivity, and will promote an agile way of working throughout the whole Development department.
In this role you will be responsible for several scrum teams. The priority is not to improve their technical skills, but to optimise the team’s efficiency. You don’t have to be familiar with their codebase, but will have to speak the language of your direct reports in terms of domain knowledge and tech.
