Are you a true host or hostess who effortlessly balances service and oversight? Do you know how to keep a location running smoothly, even during busy times? We are looking for a representative and proactive receptionist for the Kadaster in Apeldoorn, who ensures a warm welcome for both visitors and colleagues. You are the first point of contact upon arrival and know exactly how to make people feel at ease. With your keen eye for detail and sense of service, you ensure everything runs smoothly. You maintain oversight, quickly adapt to unexpected situations, and work independently, yet collaborate well with colleagues from other departments. Whether it's welcoming guests, answering questions, or handling practical matters, you have it all under control and tackle it with energy. In August, we are seeking a colleague for replacement with the following work schedule: - Monday: 06:45 – 13:00;
- Tuesday: 13:00 – 19:00;
- Wednesday: 06:45 – 13:00;
- Thursday: 13:00 – 19:00. Are you available in August and ready to apply your hospitality skills at a location with social significance? We would love to hear from you!

Wij bieden:

- A competitive hourly wage between €14.40 and €15.50, depending on your experience;
- The option to receive your holiday pay of 8.33% (weekly or every 4 weeks);
- A versatile role for approximately 24 hours per week (4 days a week);

Wij vragen:

- Available from August;
- Fluent in Dutch and English;
- Naturally hospitable and easily makes professional contact with everyone you meet;
- Express yourself well in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing;
- Quick and skilled in working with various computer systems and tools;
- Easily switch between different tasks without losing oversight.
