Working outdoors is your thing! You like to roll up your sleeves and you have a good sense of technical understanding.

Wat ga je doen?

As an outdoor ground worker/ operator at this company in Harlingen that produces concrete elements, you’ll be working outside at the location where ships arrive. You’ll work in two shifts: from 05:00–12:00 and from 12:00–21:00.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operating the screening installation
Ensuring that ships are unloaded
Loading ships with gravel or sand using a loading system
Loading trucks via a funnel or shovel
Solving simple technical malfunctions

You’ll also make sure the site stays clean and organized. Experience operating a shovel and technical insight are definite advantages. A VCA certificate is preferred — if you don’t have one, you can obtain it through us.
