Join a global leader in medical technology and make a difference in international trade operations! Are you highly organized, detail-driven and eager to contribute to international logistics form the comfort of your home? We are looking for an

Import & Export Coordinator (fulltime, fully remote)

As part of the Global Trade Operations team, you are the key link between Trade Operations, other departments and customs brokers. You contribute to the correct and efficient handling of international goods flows. Are you available on a short notice and do you have excellent Excel-skills and experience with SAP?

Key Tasks (indicative):
• Overseeing the flow of import and export documents, such as customs declarations, invoices and transport documents
• Maintaining contact with customs brokers and relevant departments
• Control and verification of trade data in SAP and Excel

Place of work
This can be a fully remote role or work few days in Venlo. Contact with colleagues around the globe, in particular US-based. Availability for contact with the US-based colleagues in the late afternoon / early evening.


What you get in return
  • Interim contract for at least 1 year;
  • Salary between 2700 and 3300 euro gross per month
  • 8,5% holiday allowance;
  • 27 vacation day
  • Travel allowance;
  • Remote position, or work a few days in the office in Venlo

Function requirements
  • Available fulltime and on a short notice
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is not required)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with processing import/export or financial documentation is a plus
  • experience with SAP highly desirable
  • customs experience is a plus
  • Stress resistance and ability to prioritize
  • Independent and solution-oriented work attitude
  • Degree / professional diploma in the area of finance, economics, business administration or similar is an advantage
