As a Supervisor Outfit, you will become part of a dynamic project team responsible for realizing world-class yachts. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and partners to ensure every detail meets the highest standards of quality.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Advising Project Development and Supply Chain on technical demarcations.
• Reviewing engineering packages across disciplines.
• Coordinating and monitoring work packages for the outfit discipline.
• Managing and ensuring quality during the construction phase.
• Identifying and recommending process or work package improvements.
• Checking availability and condition of incoming materials and equipment.
• Collaborating with strategic co-makers and partners.
• Educating and instructing third-party workers.

• Bachelor’s (HBO) or Master’s degree (WO) in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the maritime or yacht building industry.
• Proficiency in Dutch or strong willingness to learn the language.
• Strong problem-solving, quality-focused, and persuasive communication skills.
• Passionate and proud technical professional, eager to grow.
• Proactive and hands-on mentality.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• An attractive monthly salary based on your experience.
