Senior Data Engineer Vlissingen • Middle Point

As Data Engineer:

• You'll work closely with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and project management to understand what data they need and where it comes from;
• You'll build automated ETL processes to pull data from a variety of systems (ERP, PLM, logistics, sensor data, etc.) into the data warehouse;
• You’ll handle data cleansing, transformation, and load processes using SSIS packages, ensuring data quality and reliability at every stage;
• You'll design multidimensional (or tabular) data models using SSAS to enable fast and flexible analysis for reporting and dashboarding tools;
• You'll manage cube processing, optimization, and performance tuning, so teams can easily drill down into complex shipbuilding project data;
• You’ll collaborate with data analysts, software engineers, business users, and IT infrastructure teams to continuously improve how to collect, manage, and analyze data.

As Data Engineer, you possess:

• 7+ years of experience delivering data engineering solutions using SSIS and SSAS on-prem;
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including relationships, measures, and calculations;
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes and optimization techniques;
• Experience with SSIS, SSAS and Power BI report Server stack on-prem;
• Experience with Data Management;
• Permanent EU citizenship and passport are both required.
