Electrical Are you passionate about sustainable electrical engineering? As a Hardware Engineer, you will take a key role in shaping hybrid power systems for maritime applications. Join our client in Nijmegen, where innovation meets tradition in the heart of Dutch shipbuilding expertise.As a Hardware Engineer, you will serve as the electrical design specialist within multidisciplinary project teams. Your main focus will be the realization of high-end electrical systems for power generation, storage, and distribution, often using advanced hybrid technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop electrical designs that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
- Deliver high-quality, cost-efficient solutions within defined budgets and timelines.
- Identify and manage scope deviations during the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and deliverables, ensuring alignment with agreed planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Several years of experience in a Hardware Engineer role.
- Strong understanding of marine electrical systems.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Excellent command of English; Dutch or German is a plus.
- Competitive salary range (if available).
