About the OpportunityWith the introduction of MiCAR, the new EU-wide crypto regulatory framework, Bitvavo is preparing to expand across Germany and other key EU markets to become the number one retail exchange in continental Europe. To help us scale this growth, we’re looking for a performance marketer with a strong grasp of paid media and funnel optimization to drive acquisition across web and mobile.
As a Performance Marketer at Bitvavo, you will help grow our user base across Europe by managing and optimizing full-funnel digital campaigns. You’ll work on paid acquisition channels such as Search, Social, Display, and Video, and support app growth through ASO and performance testing across app stores.
You’ll collaborate closely with the analytics, product, and creative teams to launch experiments, shape messaging, and increase the efficiency of our media investment. You’ll also contribute to the development of growth infrastructure, including attribution logic, campaign reporting, and audience segmentation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage performance campaigns across Search, Social, Display, Video, and programmatic (e.g. Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, DV360), including A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to optimize CAC and conversion goals
- Lead ASO efforts for App Store and Google Play to increase organic visibility and drive high-quality installs
- Manage large budgets based on performance metrics, forecasting user growth and reallocating spend to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to develop impactful copy, visuals, and landing pages aligned with campaign objectives
- Contribute to reporting, attribution, and experimentation, using insights to refine targeting, creative, and channel mix across the full acquisition funnel.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital growth, ideally within fintech, crypto, or tech industry.
- Track record of running and optimizing campaigns on at least two major advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, or Google Ads.
- Skilled in campaign setup, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in web and app analytics, including Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Firebase, or other mobile attribution platforms.
- Proven ability to lead the end-to-end ad creative production by collaborating with internal design teams and external content creators.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of growth funnels, app store optimization, conversion paths, and European media landscapes.
- Familiar with attribution models, mobile performance tooling, and the mechanics of paid and organic growth across web and app.
