As an Affiliate Marketer at Bitvavo, you will drive user acquisition across Germany and Austria by scaling a high-performing affiliate program. You will identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners, negotiate competitive deals, and provide them with localized offers and creative materials. Your understanding of the DACH crypto ecosystem and cultural context will help you tailor campaigns that convert and build trust. With a strong commercial focus, you will act as the go-to person for affiliate growth in the region.

You will continuously monitor and optimize affiliate performance using data-driven insights, while working closely with product, legal, and support to align partner messaging with Bitvavo’s roadmap and MiCAR requirements. Native-level German is essential. You’ll travel regularly to build close relationships with partners and stay connected to the local market.

• Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners to drive user and asset growth in DACH.
• Negotiate and structure competitive deals across CPA, fixed, and revenue share models.
• Create and localize promotional materials, offers, and messaging in collaboration with design and compliance.
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns using data and partner feedback.
• Build long-term relationships with affiliates through regular contact, support, and in-person meetings.

• 2–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or user acquisition, ideally within crypto, fintech, or tech industry.
• Demonstrated success in scaling partner-driven growth in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and account management skills.
• Experience in optimizing affiliate performance and collaborating across product, legal, and design teams. 
• Native-level in German and fluency in English.
• Deep understanding of DACH markets and affiliate models (CPA, fixed, revenue share), with a solid grasp of growth funnels and local media.
