We are an exchange. System scalability, performance, and engineering productivity are core to our success. The Platform domain plays a pivotal role in enabling Bitvavo’s teams to build secure, scalable, and compliant systems by providing paved paths, shared infrastructure, and internal tooling.

We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager who will partner closely with engineers, SREs, and other stakeholders to shape the future of Bitvavo’s platform. Your focus will be on enabling autonomy at scale, by designing capabilities that help teams move faster, stay secure, and remain compliant in an ever-evolving regulatory environment.

You’ll bring a deep understanding of cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure domains, with the product mindset to match. You’ll translate engineering pain points into solutions that unlock team potential, driving impact far beyond individual features.

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Platform domain, aligned with company objectives and long-term engineering strategy.
• Partner deeply with engineering teams to uncover challenges, define opportunities, and ensure we're solving the right problems in the right way.
• Drive adoption of internal platform capabilities by embedding with teams, capturing feedback, and iterating based on usage and outcomes.
• Set priorities using a value-driven approach, balancing long-term investments with near-term impact.
• Design lean experiments and gather evidence to validate new concepts before large-scale investments.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans that drive reliability, performance, and developer productivity.
• Enable autonomy by crafting solutions that help teams own, deploy, and monitor their services more effectively.
• Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies, compliance requirements, and scalability challenges.

• 5+ years of product management experience, including owning technical platforms or developer-facing infrastructure.
• A proven track record of building platform products that scale with engineering teams and contribute to performance, reliability, or security.
• Strong technical foundation in areas like cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills, able to drive alignment across engineering, compliance, and product teams.
• Data-informed decision-making, balancing instinct with metrics, experiments, and feedback loops.
• Comfortable working with tools and technologies such as Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD systems, and observability stacks.
