As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey for retail trading at Bitvavo. Working closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Marketing teams, you will define and drive the product vision, ensuring seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms.

• Define and Deliver Strategy: Align your team’s roadmap with broader company goals
• Research & Insights: Dive into market trends and user feedback to discover new growth opportunities
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use quantitative and qualitative insights to guide product development
• Roadmap Management: Prioritize effectively and ensure timely launches of new features and improvements
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering to drive end-to-end product delivery
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent, proactive updates to keep everyone aligned
• Stay Agile: Respond swiftly to market shifts, run A/B tests, and refine product metrics continuously

• 5+ Years of Product Management Experience – Preferably in the retail exchange, brokerage, or trading industry
• Clarity in Ambiguity – Ability to navigate uncertainty while maintaining a clear end goal
• Self-Starter Mentality – Proactively define objectives and solve complex challenges
• Influence Without Authority – Ability to align teams and stakeholders around a shared vision
• Stakeholder Management – Balance perspectives from different teams while making informed decisions
• Data-Driven Thinking – Make decisions based on evidence rather than intuition
• Bias for Action – Move forward with well-thought-out plans rather than getting stuck in analysis paralysis
• Proven Product Management Expertise – Experience in successfully launching and scaling impactful products
• Deep Knowledge of Trading & Passion for Crypto – You understand how traders think, the tools they need to succeed, and the nuances of the market
