As the Lead Engineer, you inspire your team with your knowledge and experience.

The Electrical Lead Engineer has in-depth knowledge of the electrical discipline and is dedicated to leading the team in inspiring projects.

Your tasks include

• To review and discuss project development information and work demarcation;
  
• To monitor the quality of engineering work and to ensure the correct interfacing and integration of all data;
  
• To ensure in time correct plan drawings and technical specifications;
  
• To design codes, rules, and regulations;
  
• To review and approve the engineering documentation and completeness of scope;
  
• To initiate corrective measures to solve upcoming problems and to monitor the follow-up to ensure the required high-quality output;
  
• To organize your work in such a way that the goals are achieved within said time.
  
• To report to the Electrical Engineering Coordinator.

You

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or you have a Secondary Vocational Education with relevant work experience in Electrical Engineering;
  
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience;
  
  Are analytical, passionate, persuasive, result-oriented, and a good team player
  
• Have a proactive and problem-solving approach;
  
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD/Rhinoceros;
  
• Have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
