The Engineering Coordinator Electrical is an important addition to the project team in realizing beautiful yachts.

This Engineering Coordinator Electrical is dedicated and has deep expertise in the electrical discipline. With their knowledge, they coordinate the project in a timely manner to complete it within the planned deadline and within standards.

Your tasks are

• To supervise and realize in time availability of all documents, ensure an accurate and timely flow of information;
  
• To develop a detailed planning and delivery schedule for engineering documentation;
  
• To act as the first point of contact and instruct third parties about standards and working methods;
  
• To solve upcoming planning and progress problems, adjust, and align all parties involved;
  
• To lead, develop, and motivate the assigned team;
  
• To take over the tasks and/or actions of the design team during the contract phase;
  
• To be responsible for scope & demarcation;

You

• Have a bachelor’s degree or a Secondary Vocational Education with relevant working experience;
  
• Have 5 years of experience within the maritime industry and/or yacht building;
  
• Have 5 years of experience within the specific technical discipline;
  
• Have a proactive and problem-solving work approach;
  
• Are decisive, persuasive, customer-oriented, and someone who sees the bigger picture;
  
• Are familiar with MS Office applications and with AutoCAD;
  
• Are fluent in the English language, both written and spoken;
