This Engineering Coordinator is part of a team that realizes meters long yachts. You report to the Project Managers and lead your own functionally assigned team of professionals.

Your work includes

Supervising and realizing engineering documents of assigned technical disciplines;
Developing a detailed planning- and delivery schedule;
Acting as the first point of contact to monitor day-to-day progress with authorities, representatives, designers, and subcontractors
Solving upcoming planning and progress problems;
Realizing possible synergies;
Leading, developing, and motivating your assigned team

You have

A bachelor’s degree or Secondary Vocational Education with relevant working experience;
A minimum of 5 years experience in the maritime industry and/or in the yacht building industry;
Are decisive, persuasive, and customer-oriented;
Have a proactive and problem-solving approach
Have knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and/or Rhinoceros;
Have a good command of the English language, both verbally and written.
