The Company
We’re supporting a growing biotech company in the field of cancer immunotherapy, and they’re looking for a Distribution Specialist to join their Supply Chain team. You’ll be part of the Distribution and Warehouse Operations group, helping ensure critical materials and products are handled accurately, safely, and on time in a GMP-regulated environment.

Role Overview
As a Distribution Specialist, you’ll work hands-on in warehouse operations, supporting both GMP and non-GMP processes. You’ll be responsible for decontaminating materials, delivering raw materials, restacking goods, and keeping the warehouse inspection-ready. This is a key support role for manufacturing, quality, and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities
-Perform manual material decontamination according to procedures (60%)
-Prepare and deliver raw materials while maintaining correct conditions (20%)
-Restack incoming and outgoing goods/materials (20%)
-Maintain inventory accuracy and perform ERP transactions
-Communicate and escalate inventory discrepancies
-Cross-train across warehouse activities
-Support cleanroom operations and follow all safety/GMP requirements
-Keep warehouse clean and audit-ready
-Work flexibly, including on-call hours, weekends, and holidays

Requirements
-Experience in a regulated environment; GMP knowledge is a plus
-Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks
-Computer literate and able to work with ERP systems
-Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
-Team-oriented and proactive
-Based in the Amsterdam area with own transportation
-Valid EU work permit is required
