The Company
A global leader in the Animal Health sector is looking for a Quality Auditor to join their Quality Product Surveillance team. This is a great opportunity to be part of an international environment where quality, innovation, and continuous improvement are core values.
Role Overview
In this role, you’ll support product surveillance activities for two production sites (Boxmeer and De Bilt). You’ll work with systems such as Stability Studies, Product Quality Reports (PQR), and Product Quality Complaints (PQC), ensuring compliance with GMP and contributing to the maintenance and improvement of quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
-Initiate, plan, and coordinate stability studies and document the results
-Perform data trending and reporting for stability, PQRs, and PQCs
-Escalate issues and ensure quality concerns are followed up with the right level of urgency
-Coordinate with other departments to collect and assess product quality data
-Provide support for users of the quality systems across sites
-Contribute to continuous improvement of surveillance processes and tools
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree (HBO or higher) and at least 5 years of experience in a QA or quality systems role
-Strong knowledge of GMP and compliance standards
-Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
-Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
-Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership of tasks and projects
-Empathetic and collaborative attitude; able to coach others when needed
