The Company
Our client is a global health care company that originated from a spin-off. Today they provide more than 60 pharmaceuticals and other products across a range of therapeutic areas, including reproductive health, heart disease, dermatology, allergies and asthma. They make these treatments available around the world, by serving people in many countries.
 
Role Description
As a Talent Business Partner, you'll be responsible for leading the recruitment process for assigned European countries, developing a strong employer branding strategy, and consulting with business leaders on bespoke hiring strategies. You will drive business results, develop a strong employer branding strategy, and consult with business leaders on bespoke hiring strategies.
 
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across assigned European countries, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Advise Hiring Managers on hiring processes, market trends, and SLAs.
- Source, assess, and attract talent through various channels.
- Evaluate candidate fit and advise on hiring risks and benefits.
 - Build strong relationships with HR, business leaders, and CoEs.
- Use market insights to guide hiring strategies and decisions.
- Provide regular updates on hiring activity and trends.
- Recommend improvements for process efficiency and consistency.
 
Requirements
- 3+ years’ recruitment experience in a large or global matrix environment; in-house preferred.
- Experience in commercial or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
- Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to source, network, and close candidates effectively.
- Skilled in using social media and digital tools for recruitment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Workday and international recruitment experience is highly valued.
