In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly. You’ll independently set up and adjust machines with precision, and supervise staff on longer production lines. You’ll actively contribute to a smooth operation and ensure consistently high product quality. No two days are the same: you’ll help identify areas for improvement, motivate team members, and thrive in a dynamic work environment where hygiene and quality are key. Experience in the food sector or working in a sterile environment is a plus. Physical work doesn’t scare you, and if you speak English well, you’ll have no trouble fitting in. Machine Optimization and Maintenance: Setting up, converting, and performing first-line maintenance on custom-built machines, identifying and resolving malfunctions
Safety and Hygiene: Ensuring strict adherence to safety and hygiene regulations on the shop floor, maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Materials and Products: Monitoring a smooth and consistent supply of materials and products to keep the production process running efficiently
Reporting and Shift Handover: Keeping accurate records and ensuring clear handovers to colleagues at the end of your shift
Process Improvement: Proactively contributing ideas and suggestions to improve the production process, using creative and innovative thinking

Je bent in het bezit van

Minimum MBO-3 (intermediate vocational) level of work and thinking
Knowledge and experience in setting up, adjusting, and converting machines
Knowledge of operational supervision of production employees
Proficiency in Dutch and/or English
Team player with a drive for continuous improvement
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (06:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 – 24:00 / 24:00 – 06:00)

An excellent gross monthly salary between €3,390 and €4,366, including shift allowance, based on your knowledge and experience
