Are you technically inclined and looking for a job where you can truly make a difference? We’re looking for an Operator to join our team in a small-scale and friendly work environment. You’ll work with great colleagues in a workplace that has a positive and welcoming atmosphere. As an Operator, you’ll ensure that the production process runs smoothly. You’ll prepare production runs, keep the machines operating, and resolve any malfunctions. You’ll also monitor and adjust speeds, temperatures, dosages, and materials as needed to ensure that the final product always meets the highest quality standards. In return for your efforts, you’ll receive a gross monthly salary between €3,357 and €4,105 (including shift allowance), a year-end bonus, and plenty of opportunities for career growth. - Instructing and supervising employees during your shift
- Performing quality checks
- Setting up the production line, ensuring required materials are available, and cleaning (or arranging cleaning of) machines
- Resolving daily issues or escalating them to the supervisor
- Maintaining a clean and safe workplace
- Relevant work experience in a food production environment (a plus)
- You work accurately and are results-oriented
- You are a team player and speak English and/or Dutch
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
- A close-knit team where you'll quickly feel at home
- A competitive gross monthly salary ranging from €3,357 to €4,105 including shift allowance
