Are you a detail-oriented and motivated go-getter who enjoys working in a dynamic environment? For a client in the food industry, we are looking for a Production Employee to strengthen the team in a 3-shift system. You’ll be working in a close-knit and relatively small company where teamwork and a positive work atmosphere are key. The company produces soups and sauces for retail chains, so it’s important that you can work in a hygienic and precise manner. Together with colleagues from various nationalities, you’ll help ensure that the production process runs smoothly. - Placing soup pouches into crates
- Performing administrative tasks related to production
- Working accurately and carrying out quality checks
- Ensuring a safe and clean working environment
- Assisting in other departments as needed
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- Willingness to perform physically demanding work
- Experience working in a production environment
- Good command of the Dutch or English language
- Willing to work in a 3-shift system
- Flexible and willing to assist in other departments during busy periods
- A competitive gross monthly salary between €2,966 and €3,274, including shift allowance
- A year-end bonus of 3%
