Are you ready for an exciting new Opportunity to grow your career? If so, come join our Global Talent Acquisition Team in Europe. Our vision is to build and deliver a value-add Talent Acquisition function that not only delivers diverse Talent but also consults with the business on bespoke hiring strategy that will include business intelligence and market mapping. You will also be involved in developing a strong employer branding strategy (with a focus on employee advocacy) and have a focus on our diversity hiring strategy.

We are looking for a full-time fluent Dutch and English speaker to join our Global Talent Attraction Team as a Talent Attraction Advisor in our Oss, Netherlands. Role will be hybrid. Position will be initially for 11 months with a possibility for a permanent contract.

As a Talent Attraction Advisor, you will be accountable for partnering with cross divisional business / HR leaders across France, Belgium and The Netherlands to understand their needs and translate these into actionable talent acquisition strategies and deliverable. Upon necessity you will also support the recruitment activities in other countries of the Region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process for assigned European countries and drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience.
  • Educate Hiring Managers around our GTA hiring process, local market trends. and establish clear SLA’s.
  • Brand, Source and Recruit Talent.
  • Assess and advise on the talent and business risks & benefits of hiring specific candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with business, HR CoEs and HRBPs.
  • Use competitive analysis to understand hiring needs and best practice recruiting practices.
  • Meet Global Talent Attraction goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and compliance.
  • Extend competitive offers to attract candidates.
  • Contribute to Cluster and local GTA projects.
  • Provide hiring managers accurate and timely updates on applicant activity, track talent acquisition metrics and report trends and issues to the TA Team Lead.
  • Present ideas for process harmonization and simplification.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years ‘previous experience in a large/ manufacturing/ global matrix environment, preferred in-house recruiter experience highly preferable.
  • Commercial and or Manufacturing experience desired.
  • Strong consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels.
  • A demonstrated track record as an effective networker and closer, confident in developing complex offers with collaborative partners.
  • Demonstrated success leveraging social media platforms.
  • Very good computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and social media channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Workday and international recruitment experience is highly preferable.
  • Highly organized and used to multi-tasking.
  • Proactive, innovative, pragmatic ways of working.
