About the Role
As a Logistic analyst , you will manage and improve the freight invoice verification process from invoice receipt to final approval using SAP workflow. You will work closely with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and resolve disputes effectively. Additionally, you will provide financial insights to support business cases and drive process improvements across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the freight invoice verification process
• Handle freight invoices from receipt to approval in SAP
• Resolve disputes with service providers in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and improve the invoice dashboard to support data-driven decision-making
• Coordinate the annual PO process and maintain relationships with the freight auditing partner
• Support Global Distribution Hubs EU with financial data for business case development and opportunity identification
• Prepare reports and maintain KPIs to monitor and improve performance

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Logistics
• 0–3 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in SAP and Business Warehouse (BW)
• Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Understanding of financial closing cycles
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of GMP and GDP guidelines
• Experience with Operational Excellence tools such as Six Sigma or FMEA
• Experience setting up Service Level Agreements
• Strong technical writing skills
