A global logistics service provider, recognized for expertise in freight forwarding, distribution, and supply chain management, seeks a Logistics Customer Service Representative.
Job description
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Monitor order progress for timely processing.
- Prepare and forward necessary documents to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with warehouse and customs departments.
- Register goods and adjust data in the warehouse management system.
- Manage transport planning and administrative tasks.
- MBO-4 or HBO education in logistics.
- Knowledge of shipping documents and customs processes.
- Experience with WMS and GDP certification.
- Proficient in Dutch or English
- Familiarity with MS Office.
