What are you going to do?As a HR Officer in People Administration, you’ll be the backbone of our HR administration:
- Handle HR processes end-to-end: promotions, offboardings, leave requests, and international assignments;
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as People Business Partners, Legal, and Global Mobility;
- Deliver excellent service within tight SLA deadlines;
- Work within the In-employment & Leavers team, part of People Operations;
- Take full ownership of your responsibilities and keep an eye on quality.
- A salary of €3,900+/month based on 40 hours (€22,78/hour), paid weekly;
- 8.33% vacation allowance;
- 25 vacation days (based on fulltime);

- Travel reimbursement: €0.23/km (car) or full coverage by public transport;

What do we ask?You’re someone who thrives on structure, precision, and making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. You take pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoy supporting your colleagues with accurate and timely HR administration. To be successful in this role, you bring:
- Education in HR, Business Administration or similar is a strong pre;
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration;
- Familiar with systems like ServiceNow, SAP, and SuccessFactors;
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded;
- Fluent in English and/or Dutch.
