Are you technically inclined and eager to work with modern machinery in an international production environment? Through Staffice, you can start as a Machine Operator at a leading company specialized in smart conveyor systems. In this role, you’ll prepare plastic components with precision, the essential parts that will later be assembled into complete systems. And it all starts with a unique hands-on learning journey.

Learn the full process from the inside out
Before you step behind the machines, you’ll begin in the assembly team. Why? Because this company believes that knowing how the final product is built gives you a deeper understanding of your role in the process. Together with other new colleagues, you’ll follow an internal training program guided by a specialist with over 30 years of experience. After this initial period, you’ll move to the machine department, where you'll begin working with cutting and shaping machines for plastic components.

A day in your work life
Your first few weeks are all about learning in the assembly area. You’ll gain insight into how the systems are built and why accuracy matters. Then it’s time to move to the machine department. Here you’ll operate computer-controlled equipment, make precise adjustments, and ensure each part meets the required specifications. You’ll work in a close-knit team, receive feedback every two weeks, and keep growing in your role. Every day you contribute to a high-quality product used across the globe.

Tasks

• Cutting and processing plastic components to exact dimensions
• Operating CNC-guided cutting machines (after internal training)
• Inspecting parts for quality and measurement accuracy
• Preparing parts for the assembly team
• Participating in assembly during the onboarding period
• Reading and applying technical instructions (in English or Dutch)
• Collaborating with colleagues and suggesting improvements
• Working safely and neatly in a modern production environment

• You can work from 07:30 till 16:00
