As a Working Team Leader in Coevorden, you will thrive in a dynamic environment where you not only lead but also actively participate in tasks. In this role, you are responsible for guiding your team and ensuring smooth operations. You work between 32 and 40 hours per week, offering a great balance between work and personal life. Your workday begins with a team meeting where you assign tasks and discuss goals. You then work alongside your team, providing support and motivation. You monitor progress and step in when necessary. At the end of the day, you evaluate the results and discuss any areas for improvement.Wij bieden:
- A gross hourly wage between €15.12 and €18.08, depending on your experience;
- Allowances up to 150% for working early mornings and evenings;
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km from 10 km onwards;
- A full-time or part-time position with the possibility of a permanent contract upon good performance;
- A growing company with continuous investments, such as a new office opening soon;
- A friendly team with over 75 logistics colleagues.
Wij vragen:
- A completed MBO level 3-4 education, preferably in logistics or technology;
- At least 1 year of experience in a logistics center;
- Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (06:00-15:00 and 14:00-23:00).
