At A.S. Watson, we are looking for motivated order pickers to help prepare pallets for one of the most famous retail brands in the Netherlands. You will use a voice picking system and work in a place where you need to roll up your sleeves and get things done. If you like working with different products and solving small challenges, this job is for you!

What will you do?

• Use a voice picking system and a pump truck to collect products.

• Build strong and stable pallets. Sometimes you need to move things around so heavy items are on the bottom.

• Work toward daily targets and keep your workplace clean and tidy.

What is the work like?The work can be physical. Some products are heavy, like laundry detergent. Others are light, like toothpaste. Most days are a mix of both, so no day is the same!

Gevraagd

• You work accurately, take action early, and enjoy working with your team.

• You can work two shifts, Monday to Saturday: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.

• You are available at least two Saturday mornings every month.

• You have your own place to live and your own transport.

Aanbod

• Gross hourly pay: € 15.51 from age 21 (includes ADV allowance for up to 35 hours).

• Shift allowances:

  • 20:00–22:00: +25% → € 18.85 per hour

  • Saturday until 18:00: +30% → € 19.56

  • Saturday after 18:00: +50% → € 22.40

• Contract type: Fixed hours based on your availability—no zero‑hours contract.

• Holiday pay: You earn an additional 8.33% of each working hour, set aside for holidays .

• Travel allowance: € 0.19 per km after 10 km, per direction.

• Pension: You start building pension from your very first working day .

• Free language training: Dutch or English courses.

• Potential permanent contract: Opportunity to switch to a permanent role at A.S. Watson (“vast dienstverband”).

Waar je gaat werken

AS Watson's distribution center is in Oosterhout at Florijnstraat 4c. This location is easily accessible by personal transportation, such as car, scooter or bicycle, from Breda, Gilze, Dongen and Tilburg.

You will start through Olympia, who are present on the work floor daily to support you with matters such as scheduling, salary, and leave requests.
