Wat ga je allemaal doen?
In this position, you'll operate various machines – including CNC, NC, and conventional machines – to process metal components according to detailed technical drawings. You'll ensure the production process runs smoothly, contribute to improving workflows, and support other departments when needed.
- Setting, operating and maintaining conventional and semi-conventional machines;
- Machining and finishing metal parts with high precision;
- Interpreting technical drawings to produce accurate components;
- Checking parts with measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards;
- Working safely and efficiently following instructions and safety protocols.

- Experience in a technical production environment;
- A vocational diploma (MBO level 2 or higher), preferably in metalwork or a technical discipline;
- Willingness to follow internal training to grow technical skills;
- Flexibility to work in a 3-shift system and occasionally work overtime if needed;
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work with precision.

- You start in day shift for a soft landing in the company. After a few weeks you will work in 3 shifts;
- A competitive salary of €3,340 gross per month (excluding shift allowance);
- Shift allowance of 21% on top of your salary;
