The Company
The company is a global pharmaceutical company originally from Germany. They have multiple locations in the Netherlands, one focusing on animal health.

Role Description
As a Packaging Operator, you will play a key role in the packaging of pharmaceutical products using fully automated packaging lines. This includes setting up and converting machines, resolving technical issues, and performing first-line maintenance. You’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of packaging and production processes using Lean Six Sigma methods. A solid technical understanding and eagerness to learn are essential, along with a strong sense of responsibility for contributing to the health and well-being of people and animals. You truly have the opportunity to make a difference. You will report to the Manager Operations and work within the ATM shift schedule, which includes night shifts.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain packaging and production equipment, including setup, changeovers, cleaning, and line clearance.
Monitor product quality throughout the packaging process.
Accurately complete documentation, both handwritten and in SAP, ensuring compliance with First Time Right principles.
Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions and carry out basic technical maintenance.
Actively support process improvements through Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies.

Requirements

A completed MBO level 2 diploma or willingness to obtain it; candidates with a lower-level diploma may be assessed via an MBO assessment.
Preferably experience in technical operations, ideally within pharmaceutical packaging environments.
Proficient in Dutch (spoken and written); English is a plus.
Strong technical skills and interest in machinery and processes.
Precise, independent, motivated, and dependable.
Familiarity with MS Office and SAP systems.
