Do you want to work at Royal FloraHolland, the largest flower auction in the world, and still have plenty of free time? This is your chance! Through Actief Werkt! you can start as an order picker at the Aalsmeer location. You’ll earn a gross hourly wage of €16.04, work in a friendly environment, and usually finish before noon.

Your tasks

Your shift starts early, at 6:00 a.m. Together with your colleagues, you’ll make sure that flowers and plants are neatly placed on the correct carts. You’ll play a crucial role in the logistics process: everything has to arrive on time and in perfect condition for the customer.

Your tasks include:

• Carefully picking and processing customer orders

• Checking that products are correct and of good quality

• Working and communicating effectively within the team

The length of your workday depends on the number of orders. Usually, you’ll be done between 10:00 and 12:00 p.m.—ideal if you want your afternoons free!

Working hours and part-time options

If you work five mornings a week, you’ll average between 15 and 25 hours per week. Perfect for anyone looking for a part-time morning job while keeping afternoons free for other activities.
