As a logistics employee, you will play a key role in collecting flowers and plants within Royal FloraHolland. With early morning shifts, this job is easy to combine with other daytime commitments.

Before you start, you will receive two paid training days to get familiar with the logistics process. During this induction, you will learn to operate the electric trolley and use the voice-activated headset system.

These two induction days are followed by a 12-week process to get you fully settled in.

You are a star at concentrating and working accurately, counting flower trays properly is very important!

You can work from Monday to Friday, starting at 06:00. The finishing time depends on the workload each day. If you work five days a week, you can count on an average of 20 to 25 hours per week. The minimum commitment is two working days per week.

Please note that a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) may be required as part of the application process.

Via Actief Werkt! You will be working at Royal FloraHolland. You will work together with a motivated team in a working environment where no cart is the same.

The auction complex in Aalsmeer measures 740 by 700 meters and is the largest building in Europe by floor space. Until 2008, it was even known as the largest building in the world and currently ranks fifth worldwide.

Actief Werkt! has an office at the flower auction, right next to the work floor. This makes it easy to drop in for a chat or if you have a question. We are at your service from Monday to Friday, from 05:30 to 15:00!

• A starting salary of €16.04 gross per hour, or an all-in salary of €17.73 gross per hour.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre from 5 km one way.
• Full reimbursement of your public transport card for more than 4 working days per week.

• Every three months you will receive a gift in the form of a plant from Royal FloraHolland.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have good physical condition and can stand and walk for long periods of time.
• You are at least 1.65 metres tall.
• You speak English or Dutch.
• A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) can be part of the application procedure.
• At least three days available of which Monday and/or Friday is a mandatory day.
