As a logistics employee, you will play a key role in collecting flowers and plants within Royal FloraHolland. With early morning shifts, this job is easy to combine with other daytime commitments.

As an order picker, you will collect the carts from the buffer and distribute the flowers to the customer carts, you work with a headset that gives you commands.

Before you start, you will receive two paid training days to get familiar with the logistics process. During this induction, you will learn to operate the electric trolley and use the voice-activated headset system.

After this start, you will follow a 12-week onboarding programme in which you will be guided step-by-step to fully master the work.

In this job, accuracy is essential. Correctly counting and collecting flower boxes requires concentration and a keen eye for detaill, and you are good at that!

Working hours and availability

• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Start time: from 06:00
• End time: depending on workload
• Average 20 to 25 hours per week for a 5-day working week
• Available at least 3 days per week

Actief Werkt! has an office at the flower auction, right next to the work floor. This makes it easy to drop in for a chat or if you have a question. We are at your service from Monday to Friday, from 05:30 to 15:00!

• A starting salary of €16.04 gross per hour, or an all-in salary of €17.73 gross per hour.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre from 5 km one way.
• Full reimbursement of your public transport card for more than 4 working days per week.
• Weekly payment of your salary or monthly , the choice is yours!
• 8.33% holiday pay.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have good physical condition and can stand and walk for long periods of time.
• You are at least 1.65 metres tall.
• You speak English or Dutch.
• A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) can be part of the application procedure.
• Available for at least three days
