Are you a structured, hands-on project manager who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment? This is your opportunity to lead high-impact advertising and event campaigns for top-tier clients across Europe.

What are you going to do?

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will:

Manage large-scale advertising campaigns for major clients;
Develop and oversee programs tied to key advertising initiatives;
Run multiple campaigns and events simultaneously;
Coordinate digital and social media campaigns;
Plan and execute in-person events involving 30+ sales stakeholders;
Manage internal and senior-level stakeholders effectively;
Support and optimize partnership campaigns;
Organize and improve events by: identifying the right clients, developing strategy and ensuring smooth execution and capturing learnings for continuous improvement.

What do we ask?

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in marketing project management or campaign execution;
Strong project management and organizational skills;
Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end with full ownership;
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills;
Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on mindset;
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously;
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
English is mandatory. Dutch, Flemish or any other Noordic language is a plus.
