Would you like to be our new HR Administrator in Den Bosch? You can at Super Micro!

In this international company, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations across Europe!

Super Micro, a global leader in IT products, is looking for a talented individual to join their dynamic HR team in Den Bosch.

What are you going to do?

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for handling all HR functions for our European organization. This includes administrating the European HR mailbox, assisting in the hiring, on-boarding, change, and exit processes, and preparing relevant documents. You will maintain employee records in the HR system (HRIS), process sick leave requests, and manage the leave of absence process. You’ll work closely with other HR members and the Finance team to ensure accurate payroll execution and handle various HR administrative duties as needed.

You will work Monday to Friday during office hours. The weekends are completely free!

  • Accuracy: Ensure all employee data is up-to-date and processed correctly in the HR system
  • Support: Assist employees and managers with HR-related requests and provide necessary documentation
  • Collaboration: Work together with other HR team members and departments to maintain smooth operations
  • Process Management: Handle all employee life cycle data and generate reports as needed

What do we ask?
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar HR role with good knowledge of Dutch labor law and experience in managing temporary (flex) workers
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English (Mandarin and Dutch are a plus)
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ADP)
  • Ability to handle tasks with urgency and confidentiality with a can-do mentality and readiness to go above and beyond
