Join our team as a proactive and customer-focused Representative Planning & Customer Service. You will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating shipment planning and ensuring smooth administrative processing of goods, including customs documentation. You will serve as the primary contact for operational inquiries, manage the administrative processing of goods, coordinate shipment planning, and provide customers with shipment advice.

Wij vragen:

- MBO+ level of education and thinking;
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics;
- Experience in commercial administrative tasks;
- Strong problem-solving abilities;
- Proficient in using office applications;
- Familiarity with logistics automation tools and warehouse management systems;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
knowledge of Dutch, German, or any additional language is an advantage;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, persuasive, with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
