Join dynamic Global Talent Acquisition Team in Europe and help shape the future of our diverse and inclusive workforce. We are on a mission to deliver a high-impact, value-driven recruitment strategy that goes beyond hiring encompassing market intelligence, employer branding, and diversity-focused talent acquisition.
We are currently seeking a full-time Talent Attraction Advisor to be based in Oss, Netherlands (hybrid role). The role requires fluency in Dutch and English
Key Responsibilities:
Own and lead end-to-end recruitment processes across The Netherlands, Belgium, and France, with occasional support to other European markets.
Partner with HR Business Partners, CoEs, and business leaders to translate workforce plans into actionable recruitment strategies.
Deliver a best-in-class hiring manager and candidate experience through consistent communication, clear SLAs, and efficient processes.
Execute innovative sourcing and employer branding strategies—including employee advocacy and social media campaigns.
Conduct market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitive analysis to advise on hiring risks and opportunities.
Drive diversity hiring strategies and build robust candidate pipelines that reflect our inclusive values.
Extend and negotiate compelling offers to selected candidates, ensuring market competitiveness.
Track and report on key talent acquisition metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate diversity, etc.).
Collaborate on local and regional projects to harmonize and simplify TA processes.
Keep stakeholders updated with timely reporting and applicant tracking system data insights.
Requirements:3+ years of recruiting experience in a global matrix organization, preferably in-house and within commercial or manufacturing environments.
Strong consultative and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven success in sourcing and closing top talent, with experience in complex offer negotiation.
Confident user of Workday, applicant tracking systems, and digital sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, social media).
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and verbal).
Experience in international recruitment and working across multiple countries or cultures is highly desirable.
Proactive, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
