Job Title: Senior E&I Technician
About the Role:
A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly experienced Senior E&I Technician to ensure the reliability and performance of production and utility systems in a GMP-regulated environment. You’ll be part of a diverse and innovative maintenance department that values independence, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. The team supports both facility-related and production installations, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the development of life-changing medicines.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions in production and utility installations.
Lead complex root-cause analyses and collaborate with colleagues and contractors to share knowledge.
Identify and implement improvements to systems and processes to increase reliability and efficiency.
Ensure maintenance work is performed safely and in full compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and NEN 3140.
Participate in daily team briefings and coordinate maintenance priorities.
Contribute to both daily operations and long-term technical improvement projects.

Requirements:

MBO Level 4 or higher in Electrical Engineering, Measurement & Control Technology, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in an industrial environment in E&I maintenance or troubleshooting.
Certification in NEN 3140 (required); NEN 1010 is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to independently solve complex electrical and instrumentation malfunctions.
Strong focus on equipment uptime, availability, and risk reduction.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, safety-first mindset.
