As a structural fitter, you assemble, shape, and finish metal parts to create custom steel constructions based on technical drawings. Working in a fully equipped workshop with modern tools and machinery, you ensure every component meets high standards of precision and quality.

This role offers excellent learning opportunities — you’ll collaborate closely with experienced professionals and develop your skills further. After just two months, you may be offered a permanent contract.

• A full-time position (40 hours per week)
• You are going to work in a dayshift
• A monthly salary between € 2,750 and € 3,400, depending on experience and independence
• 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance

You’ll join a leading metal fabrication company in Ossendrecht that delivers high-quality steel structures for clients in the Netherlands and abroad. In a modern 800 m² production hall, you’ll work with welders, fitters, and other technical professionals on diverse and often international projects. The company values quality, teamwork, and dependability, and offers room to grow and develop your craftsmanship.

Easily accessible by car and public transport from West Brabant and Zeeland. There is a bus stop nearby.

• Experience as a structural fitter or in metal fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Accurate and independent working attitude
• At least MBO-level working and thinking
• Willingness to travel to Ossendrecht
• A motivated and hands-on mindset
