As a Customer Service Representative, you are the vital link between our customers and the logistics process. You translate customer requests into concrete transport assignments, oversee their execution, and step in when issues arise. You maintain an overview, think in solutions, and know how to assist both customers and colleagues effectively. You will translate customer requests into clear transport activities, ensure the correct execution of customer agreements and procedures, verify compliance with applicable standards and guidelines, process transport data administratively, keep customers informed of the status—both requested and unsolicited, identify and resolve bottlenecks in collaboration with the account and depot manager, and coordinate and guide the correct and timely completion of assignments.

- You are presentable and ambitious, aiming to build strong customer relationships.
