A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Belgium is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements and supporting project execution. This role requires a proactive and structured professional with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Collect data and convert it into structured, shareable content
Prepare clear and compelling presentations for stakeholders
Track project progress and provide regular updates
Ensure deliverables align with business goals and meet quality standards
Demonstrated experience in project management and/or business analysis
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured approach
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Dutch is a plus)
Skilled in delivering presentations and communicating across functions
Self-starter able to manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Full onsite presence required during onboarding phase
- Hybrid working model possible after initial training (2 days onsite per week)
- Looking for an autonomous professional capable of driving tasks independently
Practicalities
Location: Belgium (onsite initially, then hybrid)
Start Date: August / September 2025
Duration: 6 months - extension
Languages: English (must), Dutch (plus)
