As our Cleaning and Facilities Specialist, you are responsible for keeping our office clean, organized, and welcoming for both our team and visiting guests.
With your support, our team can stay focused on delivering unforgettable motorsport experiences. You’ll make sure everything runs like clockwork: from immaculate meeting rooms and workstations to coordinating deliveries to ensure availability of supplies – with you our office resembles a five-star experience.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in making things shine, works independently, and enjoys being part of a diverse, and international team.
Your Impact
🧹Office Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the office to ensure all areas are presentable and professional – the meeting rooms are cleaned after sessions, and the kitchen sparkles after lunch.
📦 Inventory Manager: Monitor and manage inventory in storage rooms to ensure supplies are always stocked and well-organized – all office supplies are fully stocked, we’ll never run out of printer paper or tape.
🔧 Office Maintenance: Conduct regular walkthroughs of the office to identify and resolve facility issues independently and efficiently–before anyone notices the coffee machine is broken, you’re already getting it fixed.
📞 Supplier Coordination: Select, contact, and oversee suppliers to make sure we get great service, on time and on budget – such as being in contact with our landlord, and coordinating renovations in the office.
Immaculate Office: The office is clean, safe, and inviting at all times – with daily checks and zero missed cleaning tasks.
On top of Inventory: You make sure our employees have continuous access to office supplies and well-being items like coffee and fruits.

Gevraagd
As a person you are organized, responsible, and hands-on.
Experience in office cleaning and facility management is a plus – but your attitude counts even more.
Manual work and independent problem-solving come naturally to you – quick thinking, smart solutions, and efficiency execution are all in your forte.
Having basic IT skills (AV setup, monitors) are a plus.
In this international team many languages are spoken, knowledge of either English, Dutch and/or German are a great benefit.
