Size and functions of local team: 6 salespeople + 1 manager
Role description:
Outbound and inbound lead generation
Work closely with marketing and sales targeting accounts
Measured on:
60% based on opportunities generated
20% pipeline generated
20% regional area attainment
Tools: Salesforce, outreach/email automation expected
No fixed call quota, but increasing phone activity encouraged (targeting 20–30 quality calls/day)
Requires strong internal relationship management and confidence to present in front of sales leaders

High-growth, hot cybersecurity sector
Growth perspective:
BDR → Sr. BDR → Inside Sales / Sales / Marketing / CS
Progression possible after 12–24 months based on performance and regional need
Must haves:
6+ months of BDR experience
Familiarity with B2B software or SaaS
Motivated, self-driven and quick to learn
Flemish and French language skills
Nice to haves:
Cybersecurity background
Experience with sales tools (Outreach, Salesloft, 6sense, Demandbase)
Understanding of intent-based software
Presence and confidence to influence internal stakeholders
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Base: €55K
Commission: 40% (OTE ~€80K)
Split: 60/40
Vacation: Minimum 25 days (country-specific)
4–5 weeks of onboarding
