As a Service Coordinator, you will leverage your organizational skills and technical insight to ensure smooth service and warranty operations in the maritime industry. You will be the guiding force behind customer satisfaction, handling and coordinating service and warranty assignments in the Dredging, Offshore & Transport and Marine & Governmental segments. While primarily based in the office, you occasionally visit customers on-site to oversee operations.

Tasks

Coordinate and oversee service and warranty work in close collaboration with customers.
Provide functional guidance to customer teams to optimize their experience.
Ensure seamless processes for service and warranty work after ship delivery.
Advise stakeholders to maintain high project quality.
Prepare progress, work, and forecast reports for assigned projects.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Functie eisen

Relevant degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
Technical knowledge of ship electrical systems is an advantage.
Commercial, communicative, and organizational skills.
Solution-oriented and stress-resistant.
Experience in a customer-facing service role, preferably within the maritime sector.

Voorwaarden

A salary between €3,400 and €5,000 for full-time, plus overtime compensation.
Assistance with relocation, visa applications, housing advice, and general support.
30% tax ruling for the first five years.
