What you will do:

Recruit candidates for temporary positions with our clients
Maintain relationships with existing clients
Attract new clients and expand cooperation
Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and check documentation
Collaborate closely with the M-Ployee team

What we expect from you:

Education level: HBO (higher vocational education)
Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Independence, proactiveness, and strong organizational skills
Result-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve goals
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region

Language requirements:

Ukrainian or Russian — required
English — advanced level
Dutch — a big plus if you are learning it!
