As an order picker, you are responsible for bundling and preparing orders for shipment. These orders are for consumers, retailers, or webshops. You collect the orders using a handheld scanner, which indicates which products to gather and where to find them. You scan the products you pick and place them in the cart. The scanner tracks whether you have collected all the products, minimizing errors. Once the order is complete, you deliver it to the packing department, where all orders are collected, packed, and processed. Using the computer, you can see which products belong to which order. You print the order forms and labels, ensuring the orders are packed correctly. To perform your tasks effectively, you will first receive thorough training from your colleagues.

Wij bieden:

- Work in day shifts from Monday to Friday, with a full-time workweek of 38.75 hours;

- Overtime is rare, but if it occurs, you receive a 25% bonus on your hourly wage after 4:00 PM, bringing your hourly rate to €18.25;
- An online clocking system, so you don't have to track your hours manually;
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer, up to a maximum of 45 kilometers one way;
- Vacation pay (8.33%) and vacation hours are accrued per hour worked;

Wij vragen:

- You are flexible and can be scheduled for more days during busy periods, depending on availability;
- Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM, with a minimum availability of two days per week;
- Physical fitness is important as the role involves standing and walking, easily reaching 10,000 steps per day;
- You are precise and work accurately, ensuring customers receive the correct products and quantities;
- You can work independently as well as in a team;
- Experience with order picking or packing is a plus but not required;
- Preference is for a full-time employee, with the part-time day not being Friday;
- You have proficiency in Dutch, English, or German, both spoken and written.
