As a production worker in the glass industry, you’ll work in a 2- or 3-shift rotation, earn between €2868,- and €3068,- gross per month (including shift allowance), and have the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus of up to €500. You’ll learn multiple processes step by step and work in a close-knit team where your efforts matter. Not much experience with glass? No worries — full training is provided.

As a production worker, you'll learn various glass processing tasks, such as cutting glass, bending frames, insulating glass, or operating the sealant machine. These processes take place on separate production lines. Your team and team leader will support you in learning to operate a line. After about 3 to 4 months, you’ll be fully trained on one production line, and after some time as an independent worker, you'll be trained on a second line. With multiple production lines, no two days will be the same! While there are many machines, they can’t do everything — your hands-on effort as a production worker is essential.

Working hours:

• Morning shift: 05:30–14:00

• Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:30

• Night shift: 22:30–05:30
  
  You’ll rotate shifts weekly. A shift allowance is paid for every hour worked, regardless of which shift you're in.

• A gross monthly salary of €2868,- to €3068,- including a 15% or 23% shift allowance;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km from the first kilometer;
• Participation in a bonus scheme, with a possible bonus of up to €500 per quarter (based on full-quarter attendance);
