As a Senior IT Solution Analyst for Simpel (also known as a business analyst), you play a crucial role in translating the needs of our consumer market into effective IT solutions. You are the bridge between business and IT, responsible for refining business epics and driving cost-efficient decision-making. Your focus lies entirely on the Simpel brand, where you help create smart, scalable IT functionalities that truly make an impact on our customers.

This is what you will do

Together with IT and business colleagues, you work on structural improvements and new solutions within Simpel. You ensure the functional quality of the IT landscape and make sure it aligns with the customer journey and our brand vision.

• Solution Design & Business Analysis: Define and propose IT solutions that are practical, scalable, and cost-effective—fully aligned with Simpel’s customer proposition.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the linking pin between IT, business, and technical teams, ensuring clarity in requirements and implementation direction.
• Strategic Advice: Advise the IT Mass Market Management Team on long-term solutions and Simpel-specific innovations.
• Cost & Impact Analysis: Evaluate initiatives from Simpel in terms of operational impact and cost-awareness.
• Transformation: Support the digital evolution of Simpel, balancing innovation, IT complexity, and customer value.

You will join a team of 25 driven professionals—Product Leads, SMEs, and Principal Product Leads—divided across two domains, with your focus on Simpel. The work atmosphere is informal and professional, with short communication lines and lots of room for initiative.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Product Management, Business Analysis, IT Consultancy or a similar role
• Experience with large-scale, cross-functional IT projects and working with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to analyze and design appropriate, cost-efficient IT solutions, with awareness of security, agile methodologies, and privacy
• Familiarity with project components such as Epics, Initiatives, and User Stories, and alignment with IT architecture
• Ability to translate business needs into a structured backlog

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in the telecom industry, preferably with consumer-focused propositions like Simpel
• Affinity with the mass market / consumer domain
• Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven IT environment
