If you enjoy keeping HR administration organized and running smoothly in a dynamic environment, then we’re looking for you! We’re searching for an HR Officer who is proactive, people-oriented, positive by nature, and able to remain calm and clear-headed during hectic times and ad-hoc situations.

As HR Officer, you are the administrative backbone of our HR department, which currently consists of an HR Manager and an HR Advisor. Together with your HR colleagues, you manage the complete onboarding, development, and offboarding processes for all permanent employees across our labels (currently four employment agencies). You handle contract changes, draft flawless agreements, and act as the first point of contact and face of HR for all employees. Think of questions about leave, sick days, company cars, or the performance cycle.

In addition to managing the administrative side of the employee journey, you’re also responsible for processing payroll changes across all labels. After completing the payroll run, you’ll check the payslips, prepare a control report, and submit the salaries for payment to our Finance team.

Besides the standard HR admin tasks, you’ll also join one or more project teams focused on improving collaboration and standardization between our labels. So yes—you’ll help shape the future of Home of People!

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
• Comfortable handling ad-hoc tasks and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• You’re the calm in the storm, naturally organized, friendly, decisive, and proactive
• You handle sensitive information with discretion and pride yourself on a service-oriented approach
