To keep the factory running, it is important that you meet the following requirements as a production worker:

• You speak Dutch or English.
• You are flexibly available between 4:00 am and 2:00 am in shifts of 5-8 hours.
• You are available for at least 3 days.
• You are okay with being scheduled in reserve shifts.
• You can take off/out your jewelry or piercings when wearing them.
• You have your own transportation to Tilburg.

As a production worker you’re surrounded with machines, cakes and of course your colleagues! They have different departments with different things to do.
You can compare the company with a big kitchen in a restaurant. So, first of all, bake the cakes! You will prepare the forms and putting them on a moving band. The machine will fill them in with the ingredients and there they go, into the oven! After that, you take the cakes out of their forms and decorate them. Then just pack it in the box, and it can go to the freezer!
