Work as an Operator in 2 or 3 shifts, 36 hours per week, with a salary up to €20.97 (excluding allowances), a nice year-end bonus, growth opportunities, and the option for us to arrange housing and transport for you!Wat ga je doen?
As an Operator, you play an important role in the production process of high-quality meat products such as ham and bacon. You’ll work in a clean, well-organized, and cooled environment where quality, safety, and teamwork come first. Together with your colleagues and team leader, you ensure everything runs smoothly.
What will you do as an Operator?
- Operate and adjust production machines
- Check product quality and fill out simple reports
- Detect and resolve (or report) minor technical issues
- Work according to hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
- Support your colleagues and collaborate as part of a close-knit team
Working hours:You will work in 2- or 3-shift schedules from Monday to Friday:
- Early shift: 05:45 – 14:15
- Late shift: 13:45 – 22:15
- Night shift: 21:45 – 06:15 (only in 3-shift system)
- Gross hourly wage between €16.81 and €20.97 (based on 36 hours), excluding allowances;
- 14% shift allowance for 2 shifts, 20% for 3 shifts;
- 25% overtime allowance for extra hours;
- Additional allowance for working in cooled areas;
- 8.33% holiday pay and 3.25% year-end bonus;
- Pension build-up from your first working day;
- Travel allowance from 10 km (€0.23 per km);
- Housing and transport arranged if needed;
- Opportunities to grow into senior or team leader roles;
- Free certificates available, such as forklift or reach truck licenses.
- You have some experience in production, for example as a production worker or operator;
- You speak Dutch or English;
- You are willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system.
